Create a cover binder to carry a pad of post it notes.  Hard cardboard (such as mat board scraps) and ribbon pull this together to be ready to jot down those important notes! Drop by a frame shop and ask for scraps, they can be painted any color.  You can use adhesive velcro dots to close the binder if you use wider ribbon instead of the ties.  Decorate the covers as you wish! I like to add a pen tucked in the ribbon.
